Has everyone moved to dogfight elite ill be back in the skies soon to wreak havoc

Not yet, some of us are clinging to our old friend DF1. I have slowly been trying to get accustom to the differences.

Elite is definitely a better game already.
More challenges, better graphics
Shift to it if you can.

Maybe Zup should reduce the number of DF1 servers to give players hunting for a particular game type less choice. Squeeze people over.

I have paid a lot of money to play DF1 and am getting close to MORAF why should I be squeezed over or have less choice!!!
I have paid far more to play DF1 than anyone has paid to play Elite.
I know DF1 is dying but some people still want to play it.

I get it. Honestly, I do. I fix things with wrenches, so I don't know exactly how it works, but I get the premise. The platform that the original df runs on is no longer being updated and debugged. This is out of Zup's hands. As a result, he can not do anymore updates, so the game is going to slowly die.

This reminds me of an old dog whose owner/family just can't let go... They keep asking the veterinarian to cure him but the doc thinks that the most humane thing would be to put him down. Still the kids insist on bringing the dog back home.

Think of it this way, lots of folks had pontiacs, now that product line has been discontinued. There will still be pontiac parts available for a while but when they are gone ..........or was it buick? No i think pontiac.

i wont be playing elite after half a hour or so it gives me eyestrain i tried on both devices one brand new as i thought it was my tablet .ill stay here with the sinking ship make sure the women and children get off safely

I made the mistake of undertaking a project to restore a 1998 Pontiac Trans Am. Talk about a nightmare, parts were almost impossible to find. Junkyards laugh at you and if you found one with parts, they want an arm and a leg. Oof, glad that one sold quickly.

I have no intention of screwing people using Dogfight 1 by reducing their servers or anything like that. While Dogfight 1 runs, i will try to make it run as smooth as possible. The sure thing is that eventually it will stop working because it can't be updated.
I'm trying to make the transition as painless as possible and any problems you see on Elite, the sooner they are detected and you tell me, the better so I can fix them.

the tank crawls up hill and rolls down hill can you put a brake into the tank ?and put a turbo on for the hills?

And a Camaro! You could even put a .50 cal on the roof if you wanted to make it fit with the game a little better.

Was just watching Motor Week magazine on TV and saw where the Camaro beat the Charger and Challenger in 1/4 mile times and overall top speed... with less HP and torque.

Yes zup, we need a Camaro with a .50 cal... perhaps sharks in the lakes with friggin' laser beams too!
