Some new player seems to team kill to show how good he can shoot.
There are some mistakes may happen during intense fighting, but that's fine.
What makes me feel very upset, especially they are intended to shoot you at your six without stable path.
What can I do with this situation?

First, send an ingame report against that player stating that they are team killling you. Then kill them back over and over again yourself. Just keep in mind that if you kill them 4 (I believe it's 4) times you will get a 5 minute ban. That means for 5 minutes you can not play or use world chat. Sometimes it's worth the 5 minutes to kill these players.

Another thing you can do is ask the red team to take care of the player. If there is an experienced player on the red team they will know what to do. It's called a "pass". Tell them they have a free pass and explain to all in the game not to shoot at that red player. What the "pass" means is that no one shoots at that red player and in return he/she will go after that team killer only. This player will not shoot at anyone else or bomb your hangers so you all have nothing to worry about, except the team killer. This usually drives that team killer out of the game.

Also use the "pass" against a player that is taking out your own hangers.

Another option is to do nothing at all. If the team killer kills 4 times he will eventually get that 5 minute ban and be booted from the game.

Last option is that you can leave the game yourself if you find this player to be annoying. Believe me, killing him back is more fun!

Before reporting and return team killing a Noob, you should be sure to communicate with them.

It happened to me in a game this morning. A noob started shooting blues, I said:

"Don't shoot blue"

He said "hahaha"

"You can be reported and banned"

He said "I'm sorry! No more!"

He ended up goofing off for a while being a general nuisance, we all pretty much ignored him until he started blocking the runway. Then more people spoke up. He stopped and soon left the game.

If you start out with insults, threats and return team killing you have a good chance of driving a new player to leave the game or worse, he might become a new troll.

If they are above level 10 or so they should already know better. In that case, by all means report him and step things up to show why team killing is a bad idea.

Oops...yeah...I should have mentioned the very first thing to do is mention to that player to not shoot at blue. Shoot at red only. Sometimes it's a new player that just may not know and will stop after you say this. MOST of the times it's a player doing it on purpose to be a jerk. That's when the steps in my above post should be taken. Well in my opinion that is and these are the steps I take.
