If that's going on you definitely want to get it fixed, but there may be a workaround to get an email out . . .

What are you using for your email service? Try using a different one. For example, if you're using AOL try using going to AOL through Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.

You can also get a Yahoo or Gmail account and use that email instead. You can even set it so it forwards notifications back to your original email if you want.

I don't know if any of those temporary solutions will work, but it's worth a shot.

BTW, Dog is right, Zup doesn't check his IMs very often (if ever). My personal opinion is that he seems to respond quicker to the "info" address than he does to his personal email address.
