Interested by lst but also a little odd, Australia ranks high, yet only has a small armed forces (our special forces in particular are well trained and respected). We have natural resourses coming out our ears, but no industry to convert them to munitions. We do have the most powerful air force in the region, but then again most of our neighborhood is small island nations with no threats and little money, so it's not hard.
