Playing a game with a pilot good shot. He asked why he was kicked out of Wolf Pack I told him I did not know. Don't think I ever seen him before. I asked if he had asked he said no I was the first WP he had seen. I also asked if he forum access before I got an answer I got kicked out. I told him I would ask why he was booted I case I see him again.

good shot got kicked for being extremely disrespectful to others, cussing, and actually commenting "a squad ain't noting to me" in a game. Seriously? I received screenshots confirming the reports. Wolves don't behave that way so my decision was easy to make. Truthfully the comment about the squad not being important was the main factor in my decision, otherwise a warning would have been issued in accordance with our policy. It may have been a knee-jerk reaction, but ill stand behind my decision to remove him from the squad.


I have said it many times. I yell at the screen all the time to the point where Mrs. Viper wants to have me tested. Typing things out is another story all together. I don't like it much when others try to use our code "against us" as it were, however the normal reaction should be something along the lines of "oh yeah, I got a little hot under the collar. Time to regain my composure" and not what good shot did.

His gameplay was, as reported, questionable but certainly not something he would have been kicked for on a first offence. It was his reaction to being called out. I've been called out before because folks don't like some of my tactics, I am sure most of us have. People don't like being strafed on the runway during the final leg of my bomb run, they don't like that I drop as a last-ditch effort to defend my hangars or carrier, they dont like when I rearm at the base vice the carrier thereby approaching like a sneaker on the next bomb run, etc. People will complain, it happens. I certainly don't fire back with cuss words when the complaints come, and neither should any of you. I certainly never replied that "a squad aint notin to me" when confronted with complaints either.

If good shot wants to pm me and explain his comments, perhaps I misunderstood, I'd be more than happy to listen to what he has to say.

Why didn't he simply send a PM to Viper or the Moraf of his hunting group to find out?

Makes no sense to ask a random WP member who probably has no idea.

To be honest that seems to be the way these things go. Could be fishing to see if the reason is common knowledge. Normally I don't air dirty laundry. Praise in public, reprimand in private. Normally

Fishing or just trying to create drama. As to common knowledge, the only way it's common knowledge is checking the squad thread right? It's not like secret meetings on Zello or such things are done in the WP.

I simply told him I would ask that's it. I do not know him!! I am sorry you got so upset viper. It made me feel like you were directing some of that towards me. I hope that's not what you were doing. I joined to get away from some of that. Thanks for the long explanation however your the leader of the pack what you say goes. I will never bring anything up in this manner again unless I pm you.

Nope, it was just a response to what Viper said.

From what I see, nobody is blaming you for anything, just strange a player would ask another player who probably has no clue as to why he was kicked from his squad.

In game behaviour is something , we all need keep tabs on , most players are good honest players , but there has been some very disturbing things I seen in chat .
We all play for fun , to pass either time or to play with friends . I myself have been lately the brunt of a few players jokews that have gone way way to far .
If any player of the WOLF PACK steps out of line , action is always taken in house
The Pack prides it self on honesty and integrity and never sweeps possible problems under the carpit
And I firmly believe Viper has full ablility to deal with any problems that may arise

Well i recommended good shot to DD first and he was fine or i wouldnt of recommend him to squad in the first place,..i watch a pilot for awhile before i do so...gives me second thoughts to recommend anyone anymore

I am quite new to the game. But for what it's worth all the wolf pack flyers do there squad a good deal of justice. There polite and helpfull. They have never been rude and are often good fun to fly with and against. Maybe it's because you do have high standards. I for one would say you make the game a better place for all.

I didn't get upset. Not at all. The question required a matter-of-fact reply in my opinion and may have sounded stern.

Additionally there is an upside to letting the whole of DF see how we handle things from time to time, if that makes sense. It shows folks we mean what we say when it comes to integrity and respect from our players.

I have been guilty in the past of allowing a situation like this go for too long and learned a valuable lesson from that incident. Sometimes a Viper has to use the fangs and in those incidents its better to strike quickly. (Had to sneak a snake reference in there somewhere you know)

Its all good, TX. This thread proved to be beneficial and I have received plenty of PM's supporting the decision to kick good shot.

In context, I used "common knowledge" in that good shot may have been fishing to see if the reason he got kicked was common squadron knowledge, like we share info on these things behind closed doors as EAGLE suggested.

In other words he could have been trying to see if all of WP knew he acted childish.

I know this is a few days old, but when good shot first started he was a team killer..when DD recruited him i told doom to watch him because ive seen him team kill and he will tank anywhere and if offered he will tank at enemy base and he has a foul potty mouth. He didnt do it when mean was around and in game with him so I understand that most people didnt see the white stripe's on the skunk. I was in a few games with him and mean and was shocked that he wasnt being his normal self. Then i noticed him in Wolf pack for a bit I figured he wouldnt last Long there. I had already notified GI leaders to make sure he Dont try to join any of the wings of the squad. He is a good pilot with a lot of potential but his attitude wont allow him to grow any further than what he is now. Thats sad. Good day all.
