Ok guys, I've emailed and pm'd Zup on this issue and so far no response. I've uninstalled and reinstalled game, killed all running apps, cleaned phone cache, stopped and restarted df app and I'm not sure what to do next. To everyone I've played a game with today that has tried talking to me I'm sorry, not being antisocial. Any way to confirm a mute? Or is it a guessing game? Any help would be awesome.

from what i've been able to understand, it seems people can be muted by other people. i am not sure if there is any rhyme or reason to it. so you may have said something someone didnt like so they muted you.

that would be my best guess but i have no official knowledge on the subject.

..man..I know being mute is frustrating..I've always been mute on the first Dogfight game but I can finally chat in game on Dogfight Elite.. I think I couldn't chat because I play on an inexpensive Moto G phone..I could always chat in world chat just not in games though..but now when I chat in games on Dogfight Elite the keyboard takes up the whole screen which still makes chatting a little awkward sometimes..thanks man!..good luck bro!

Try using Google keyboard. Hope it solves your issue.
