There's some old saying comes to mind . . .

Just a thought, next time, try turning on chat and apologizing, and (even if you can't do that) just let the noob try to team kill you. What's the worst that happens? Everyone else in the game starts yelling at him and he stops, or he actually manages to take you down a couple times . . . and he's the one that winds up in the penalty box for 5 minutes.
