The payment has to get processed through your provider, then it goes to Zuperman who has to approve it. Sometimes that whole process can take a day.

You can also send an email directly to Zuperman This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Make sure you include your exact in game name, the device you are playing on and a copy of the receipt from your provider.

He's usually pretty good at getting to those. As a last resort, you can try deleting the game and reinstalling it, but that's a bit of a pain, so I would do that if all else fails.
