I have purchased elit. I go to log in by email and password and it does not recongize me. I cant reset password. Do i have to make new account how does this work

Had the same issue Im on android. What I did was I uninstalled the game did a clean cycle and reinstalled. No I didnt have to pay for it twice. After it installed it let me log in without a problem

Same issue, won't recognize email\password. Reinstalled, no difference. Will wait a couple of days and see what happens.

Keep trying the forgot password icon. I tried this about 30 times and finally it sent a temp password to my email. I was able to log in and play with no issues after this. Good luck.

Reassuring to hear that others have had this problem and it has eventually resolved itself. I've removed and reinstalled Elite several times, but "forgot password" fails every time.

One question, if and when I finally get my password to reset through DF Elite, how will DF react the next time I open it?

I INSTALLED ELITE TODAY AND SAME THING FIRST 2 TRIED TO GET IN WOULD NOT WORK I DID NOT HAVE TO REISTALL BUT AFTER 3 TRIES I GOT IN ALL GOOD NOW. OOOO I FOUND IF I CHECK THE REMEMBER MY PASSWORD IT RECOGNIZES ME ALSO WHEN I GO BACK IN GAME.

Just to clarify, T-Rex, did you sign in with your original password, or did you use the "forgot password" button?

I have had no issues logging into DF DF elite. If problem continues maybe shoot Zuperman a email. Hope you get on soon.
