I got my bank statement today and noticed an apple bill for £8.94 and some for £1.49 for DF subscriptions. I could not work out what the £8.94 was for so I contacted Apple ( which was not easy) on their web chat pages . The advisor told me that I had been charged twice for the DF subs ,monthly and a one off charge. Then they told me that they could not refund the money as it happened outside of their timeframe.....the bill as paid on 15 Nov 2015 ,less than 2 months ago...I asked what the timeframe was and they would not tell me!!!
I could not have asked them about it before as I only noticed when my bank statement came in today.
Now I do not mind paying the going rate for DF. but being ripped off by Apple is hard to swallow...
SO BEWARE PEOPLE YOU MAYBE NEXT!!!

May the ancestors look down upon your achievements and smile.

Guys, if at all posible try to avoid paying with credit card or direct banking.

I have android and use a google play card where I renew my subscription every month and it's so simple without any worries. At least this way if anything does go wrong I don't have to stress over it and at worst I lose the $10-$15 that is on the play card.

So whatever device you all play on, if there is an available play card, I would recommend going that route.

paying with a credit card means you can pull the funds back. If they over charged you, you can get your money back from your credit card provider. A hassle for a few bucks, but it will cost Apple more than it costs you.
