Look. It's hard to play a game that involves strategy, when people don't listen or care....
It's OK to bomb a tank, sure. But isn't the object to win the game?

If a tank is in the middle of the map, leave it there. It's one less plane you have to worry about.
If you get too close, THEY WILL HIT YOU !!!!
