I have a squad member who just left because they couldn't be Marshall



I need some tips

If someone leaves squad because they can't be Marshall how should I go about by solving that

let em go they dont want to earn the position i had one guy ask the same thing he said he would leave if i didnt promote him so i kicked him out

Abolish the power pyramid system entirely, and the ones who stay are your true friends. If they don't care, they'll leave when there's nothing to gain.

exactly all my squad have equal say in what we do the badge you wear means nothing its your input that means everything

no pack wolf is a squad hopper i let him in as he asked then he left and werewulf took him then he left there to join your squad need i go on lol

I believe affirmative action should be taken against people who steal squads



We should cheat in games

Someone like that if you made them marshal would probably boot you and take over your squadron... don't make anyone marshal until you KNOW you can trust them.. just sayin..

Best advice on the subject right there.

P@K Wolf left GI squad after asking how he could be promoted. His question was ignored and he left. Dog's right, he's a squad hopper.

Agree with Zebra & Viper--once an AM they can remove all members and take over your squad. Don't promote anyone unless you trust them 100%.

i think this topic was posted tongue-in-cheek, but i'll put this out there anyway.

my xp in other games concerning ranks is, if someone asks for a promotion, they don't deserve one. the people deserving of promotion are the ones who walk the walk simply because they have integrity, and aren't looking for rank or priviledge.
