Hiya :)

I dont exactly know who to ask so i fighred id just make a public post asking everyone.
I just want to know about squadrons. Ive been asked to join a few squadrons, but i dont really understand the point of it. Ive been told by a few that its for an advantage. But i can count that out because ive seen a player ditch his/her squadmate several times. Ive been told that squads are for friendships and companions. Ive went to every squadron thread on here and observed them to try and understand better before i make a choice to join a squad or to stay alone.

If anyone could please help me to understand this a little bettler, id be very grateful.

Thank u,
Rainbow Dashie

Honestly a squad doesn't help in the game at all. I have seen misfits leave a game so they don't fight each other, but maybe then enter again so they can be on the same side, but usually you may be fighting against your squad mate.

With the GI/WP alliance, I always greet my squad mates or WP brothers/sisters, and we do our best against each other. Sometimes in dogfight missions we may avoid each other until unless everyone else has left. A good example is Dunc from the WP, and Talon from GI seem to 90% be red against me. We have friendly banter, but enjoy the challenge of going against each other.

A squad is more of a group of people that form a bond in the game, and for some outside the game as well. If you have questions, you can always go to your squad for help or suggestions. HB (horriblebreast) gave me a LOT of advice in the beginning. I would asked which plane to upgrade to, etc.

So if you want, fly solo, or join a club. Just find the squad of people that you really connect with and enjoy, but don't squad jump, as then nobody will want you as they see you have been in many different squads.

SQUADS Mmm
Its a personal preference some want to be part of a team or group
>1 maybe you have people here you are more friendly with than others so then you can go into squad chat and semi private with out the world watching in
>2 you get to post on the squad forum page your good scores you fun in game screen shots ect
>3 you can get good advice and tips some squads have training officers that will fly with you in a game and tell you what your doing wrong ive had people do this for me before i flew in a squad (ty TT/mean/vivek )
>4 each squad has its strength and weaknesses for example some squads require a great participation in posting on the forum and you can be kicked out if you don't post regularly
>5 some squads have Whatsapp/zello/kik ect channels so if your alone in a game and need help you can put a call out for assistance and stay in touch socially though this app
>6 its all about having fun and being part of a team having fun is way better than being alone :woohoo:

Squad means members joining together not only for game but to have fun, to be be with you in good as well as in bad times.

Its about bonding. Every squad is good in itself. Eagle and Dognamitt have given enough reason to join squad. Each member contribute to its thread by writing posts, by training fellow member etc.

So if you want to put your contribution you may think of joining squad else you can fly solo too.

but it's always good to have friends by your side.

We played a game today and you are most welcome to Join New Lunar Republic (NLR) but mind it I'll always try not to give you tanking option if I find you as RED LOL.

Hmm, yea I'm noticing that. I've been through most of 3 different squadrons threads and seen that so far having squabbles is normal. So long as if I choose a squad, I can choose to be out of the drama. I also don't like the requirement to have to post cause I'm not planning on using forum for anything besides help, but I fly almost daily

Some squads are like family...as is ours. I started misfits as an air marshal and learned alot...best thing I've done in the game. There are great people in the Misfits as are in other squads. Get to know a few.

Thank u :) Ive seen a little bit of that. One that really rings a bell would be the misfits. Yall all always call each other brothers. I found that impressive for a mobile game. Ive had permission on the few squad threads that i have been through, but id like to ask on the once that i choose to look at in the near future once i finish looking at the ones ive looked at

Misfits would fit you, they have a bond that unbreakable. I love the misfits, they're all like my brother. I wish I was still a misfit, they're the greatest ppl to call "family" :)
