Yea,
Passing through Arizona 1 day I over heard residence speaking about the sand storms. Guess it's no myth ? Not to mention the summer heat there, it were approximately 114 degrees that day while walking across the asphalt, Phoenix. Don't think ur used to that type of weather coming from Washington.. na, don't think so, Washington mostly wet & on the colder side i would gather ?

Don't be surprised if u begin to hallucinate & see flying Sopwith Camel F.1's everywhere ? That is known as "desert" by the way ? Lol

U have to promote patience GoldenEagle. Now u wanted ur own wing to organize, so now u got it ? With it comes responsibilities.. must be wise in knowledge, prudent in understanding how this running a squad thing goes. I had a lot of examples first. I watched, listened & paid attention to others as they lead & led. It's not about the # of members.. its the quality of fighters. a Few good men is better then a whole bunch to sort from.

Not giving up is the key quality u as a wing leader must possess. Enough for now, I'll write sum more @ the earliest convenient time. Gj see u in the Air..
