If you subscribed, you can try deleting the game and re-installing it. That doesn't always work though (it's happened to me more than once.) Send an Email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Make sure to include your complete in-game name as well as a copy of your receipt as well as a detailed description about what's happening. Keep your words as short as possible.
