How can this happen..false reporters with no proof is making false accusations and getting pilots muted..they should have to prove what a pilot has said or done just like the blacklist...TY MEAN FOKKER

I fully agree perhaps a system should not calculate how many times a person is reported but how many people has because I know mean and I didn't do anything to deserve a mute

More than likely Zup put it in the program that if a player gets X amount of reports he automatically gets muted. I can see why he did it, but yes it can lead to false reporting.

He did pop in briefly and mentioned it, then he banned WarEagle for doing it, but he went back to being a ghost.

It would be really nice if Zup was to take care of some of these issues, or at least give word he is working on things, rather than just be absent which makes it appear he just doesn't care about this game or the players. Thus one reason I will no longer pay a subscription.

Eagle there's so many issues that I decided after paying 3 months of subscriptions that why should I pay for a game that's got issues no disrespect intended but Zup should be listening to his customers and dealing with the issues accordingly because if customers or clients aren't happy they will end up leaving to find a better place to go.

In all fairness, Zup did respond to an email I sent him. He mentioned that he places about 10 bans per day based on these false reports, so he is working behind the scenes he just doesn't post it in the forums.

He also mentioned that the forum is too big for him to check, it's too much work, so best to report in game or in world chat if that's where the issue is. Since he gets a log of who did the report and log of what is going on, he can easily track who is doing what. Also, if a person changes their name we may not know who he is, but Zup can track them all.

One last thing, he mentioned he gets hundreds of emails from Dogfight everyday, either from players, or from WC/Game reports. So please only email him if you really need to.

I got muted for saying "hi punk" to Punk Chef. As soon as I said it, bam muted, lasted 3 games time wise.

Didn't know WarEagle were banned ? *spitfire* again ? wow ? A Top Ace.. It seems I have a Squadron Member too as well that were recently banned for the treason, "Luftwaff ?" I say this because I can no longer access his profile on my Squadron list in-game ?

I sent an email and Zup wrote this back to me: I get every message and chat log when someone hits the report button. And that person was banned for life yesterday. I'm just banning people who fake report daily.

The individual mutes should be gone already.

I am one of the most computer unsavvy people you will ever meet, but he said that he banned the person doing false reporting, not that he unbanned the banished. Hopefully you're back soon.
