Why am I still having to wait 6 minutes when I have subscribed, and it keeps telling me I have subscribed, have emailed zuperman but have had no success, don't know what to do next.

Send another email, with the receipt from the store showing that your have a subscription and your in game name. Zup get's a lot of email, so he can't always answer right away, but a reminder email wont hurt
