im so tired odd punks that think it's cute to team kill and cheat. I think when one pops up someone declares it, gives them a warning and if it persists then everyone in the game takes a time out from killing reds and bombing to focus every bullet on them until they leave the game. If we do that as a rule the team killing will stop and cheaters will think twice about their actions
