A really really long time ago when I first started playing there were 3 squads that ruled the skies. So my friend and I created a squad, because there was no way we were good enough for the top squads. Our squad was called the (Scooty Puff Jr.'s) hahahaha a Futurama thing!

I would enter a game and invite everyone to join........... never did get any takers lol. Any how what I am trying to say is YOU ARE NOT EVEN SCOOTY PUFF JR. MATERIAL!!!

I know it only happens every 7 years or so, but Plur can hang with the big boys when he wants to. He is sandbagging. He is 10 times the pilot the other 2 are.

Had a quick word with the eval team MORAF 21 and weeeellll they think you would be better suited elsewhere . SAW was one sugestion ....the rest I cant really write here as I may offend you .

I don't know exactly what MORAF 21 has done in the past; likely something that's upset the community repeatedly... but I seriously doubt it's on par with terrorism, pedophilia, addiction, abuse, or murder. Don't compare these real-life monsters to the antics of a single stranger on the Internet.

Regardless of what MORAF 21 has done and despite however outrageous this particular request was, I don't think it warranted such a one-sided response. A simple "No" would have sufficed, yes? Sarcasm does not help with anything except to show how bitter one is.

I agree that we shouldn't coddle and give people chances when they deserve none. What we also shouldn't be doing is stoop down a level by responding with equal inconsideration. Rousseau said, "Insults are the arguments employed by those in the wrong."

I'm glad at least one other person gets this, because I was surprised at the bandwagon bashing I saw when I read this thread. I am not standing up for MORAF 21, but I'm not about to agree with the community response, either.

Sorry Luna but I fail to see where I critisised Heroicz , I merely made an observation on the way society is today . There are ,in my opinion , far too many do gooders who feel they have to stick up for people who have done wrong just because their feelings may be hurt. Moraf21 has done many things wrong and has offended many people, but I don't hear you standing up for them.
Do you actually know what he has done or does that not matter to you as long as nobody upsets him.
There is a saying in my country .." You made your bed now you gotta lay in it".
The guy must be truly delusional if he thinks he could be accepted into any squad that has any standards at all.
In my humble opinion he has brought everything he gets upon himself , he is not in the slightest bit repentive , if he was he would leave DF and never return! The good of the whole community must come before the wishes of any individual.

BLUE FIGHTER is a great squad leader and contributor to this world of DF and I respect him in so many ways . If NRL can do what we feel that we will be wasting our time trying to do then you have my blessing . Very well, I respect your viewpoints. Like I said, I do not know the extent of MORAF 21's crimes against DF. Whatever they have done to deserve that kind of treatment must have been dire, indeed.

I am simply sticking out for human decency, don't mistake it as kindness towards someone who doesn't deserve it. I am in no way defending MORAF 21's actions, and I certainly am not reserving them a spot in the NLR. I still stand by my actual point, however.

I remember a time when undesirable members of the community were counseled and given advice, very repeatedly and consistently; until they either changed their ways, or were silently banned by a moderator. I suppose, if the community's consensus now is to bash and ridicule a person instead, then certainly things have changed.

This thread, it seems, is the community's solution to a problematic individual, and by that, I fear what we may become. Life becomes easier when you accept an apology you never got. It's unfortunate that everyone is always so bitter and angry, nowadays.

MORAF 21 doesn't deserve any chances, that much I can clearly see. But the good people of the community are better than a herd mentality of passive-aggressive trash talk and petty sarcasm.

Luna and Heroicz , I respect and appauld your sentiments in trying to stick up for someone....but.. Please just ask yourself one question. In most squads the way to ask to join is to apply via the squads thread , as everybody else has always done, but oh no not Moraf he decided to make a new thread ( bearing in mind he knows how the Misfits feel about him) knowing darn well what the reaction would be. So why did he do it??? He does not want to join us he only wants to cause trouble because he is a TROLL ,, . So please let's not feed the troll anymore. Nuff said I think .
