I don't need a printer. I need a 3D model of a soft plastic lure so a CNC machine can cut it into a slab of aluminum then that way I can make the bait and sell it.

Look up 3d printers. Fairly new. It will make exactly what you want. Watch a few videos on YouTube.

Those are like $400+
I need someone to make it using CAD or a software like that. Plus you cant 3d scan a drawing. I need to work with someone that can create my lure on a CAD lime software.

Milling a slab of Aluminium is going to cost.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to cast?
And you can make your mold from a physical model, don't need to digitise the shape.

I need milled aluminum. They need to be perfect and smooth. No imperfections. I ordered a 2 piece 2 cavity mold yesterday but they already pre made for sale. I need a custom one made for production of a custom bait.

That's a complicated mill! A well made mould and polishing afterwards should be just as smooth as milling, if not better, and much cheaper and quicker per lure.

And 3D printing would be too slow for mass production.

If you want people to do 3d models for you, go check out forums, like blendswap or so, much more experienced people there to answere you. I myself am a 3d animator, but im to full right now for anything else.

Its not the size of the dog in the fight; its the size of the fight in the dog.

All I can think about now is 65lb test PowerPro braid, and a pegged 1oz tungsten bullet weight, hmmmmmMMMMmmmm maybe in junebug,....matted hydrilla....yyyyeeeeeeeaaaaahhhhhhhhh buddy!!!
