Dear pilots, it has come to my attention, well to the whole Lafayette Escadrille Attention that theres a copycat squad out called Escadrille Lafayette. I am informed that it is being led by Moraf21 also known now by Zebradown. My Moraf, ZebraUp, would like for Moraf21 to takedown the WHOLE squadron. To us this is a slap in our face but most importantly yo the Real Pilots that flew proudly with the LAFAYETTE ESCADRILLE. I am furious! To all morafs of all squadronsvthat consider themselves honorable, please think if you were in this situation. All we ask is that the squadron is discontinued or we will have to turn it over to bigger authority. Also, MORAF21, this has happened before and that person was banned and the fake squadron was deleted. You have 16hrs to respond. THIS OS NOT A NEGOTIATION.

For the matter, I played against this Zebradown yesterday. Nothing against the fact that he plays bombless. I just warn you, guys, that he lags badly. But even so, he actually didn't stand a fight against a so-and-so player like me, so it doesn't worth our attention.
And about its doppelganger behavior, if I was a member of Lafayette EScadrille (and specially if I was Zebraup), I would be proud of deserving such a "homage", and I would laugh at this guy.

Idc how he flys, its the fact that ZebraUp didnt come up with this squadron by himself. This is a squadron designed from the Real Squadron, Lafayette Escadrille. That is what makes me mad. Idc if he drops his bomb and flys like 2 monkeys on crack. Thats his business. Just get rid of the squadron. Thats all i ask. Not whining

I dont care how many millions of times i have to say it... CROOKED PILOTS are like BULLIES, they seek all the attention they can get thru crummy behavior, i realize me commenting on this thread doesnt help the situation any and i myself am just provoking these stubborn jerk off's, but if what I say might help some of the better pilots out there realize its just better to stop poking the fire with iron poles, then im gonna say it. These guys thrive off of attention, and they know it pisses us off when they do it. If ya ignore it, stop arguing with them, stop posting about their crappy stunts they pull on forum, just stop enabling them, then the will get bored of it, and eventually give up. Does this mean when one of them enters a game wit you you leave? No, keep playing, act like their name never popped up on screen, its that simple, play like you would if they werent there... ignore their presence and they will give up... If we keep poking the fire withh our iron poles were just gonna end up burning ourselves... so stop it before it ever starts.

This isn't the first time this has happened.. last time that it did as soon as I presented the problem to zuperman he deleted the other Lafayette and banned the moraf for 30 days or so. If Moron21/ZebraDown still has our Lafayette name as of tomorrow I will contact zuperman about it. I am only giving this idiot time to change the name because I am sure that all his squadron members won't enjoy being scattered to the winds like the last copycat we had after the squadron's dissolution.

I don't care about his personal name being similar to mine, but by using Lafayette's name he both dishonors himself, his pilots, my squadron, and the honor and sacrifice of the original Lafayette Escadrille which we try to both emulate and honor with our little group of pilots within this game.

I must say that I am frustrated with MORAF 21, but, giving him attention is a bonus for him being a copycat. I think its best for us to tell him to back off, and tell him what will happen if he doesn't, but don't feed his craving for attention.

Way to go giving the good pilots left in that squad a chance to tell Moraf21... I bet those pilots don't want to be scattered, so they'll either complain to Moraf21, which might make him change it, or find a different squad...

Moraf21 apologized and changed the name of his squadron and himself.
