I was having the same issue about a month ago, my wc wouldnt work, my sc wouldnt work, and neither would,in game, i could see everyone elses stuff, but i would type and it wouldnt show... i believe it was due to some very controversial things that had been said by myself on wc in response to other people, but id have no idea why it would be happening to ya... maybe ur correct on the smiley side
