Maybe it depends on what was said, and/or how many people reported something.
Baseballstar, I did see the other day in world chat where you were using profanity, so I'm sure you were reported. (do your parents know you talk like that in chat rooms?)

it's not mis-spelling, I swear in game, it just gets censored, you get muted because people report what you say either in world chat or in game. Swearing, racial and sexually inappropriate language will all see you muted anywhere from 2 days through to indefinitely.
If you really didn't say anything then write to Zup and your ingame name and plead your case, sometimes the ban is an accident and it is easily removed.
