Lag and invisibility are not player's fault. And are not something that Zuperman can fix - at least not without a lot of hard work and a big amount of LUCK.
And everybody knows my opinion about camping-sneaking-droping-spawnkilling: nothing wrong, in my opinion. Air supremacy, tactics, playing to win the mission, etc.

And I dont like whinners. I use to say: "Its just a game". Just take off, kill reds and win the mission.

But there is ONE THING that drives me crazy in this game: no names.

Am I whinning? Maybe. But the developers dont need to take it as a complain. They will only fix this no-name IF THEY WANT. After all, its only two or three forum members who actualy complains about no names, so, why bother messing with that huge database? No way. If those two or three players dont like this name-system the way it is, they can simply stop playing, and stop whinning...

...and thats what I am doing now: this is my last complaining about no-names. And this afternoon was the last time I played this game I used to love so much.

I cant stand seeing (well, not seeing) a no-name chicken camping with no bomb around my boat, shamelessly, and as if was not enough, saying: "Up!", laughing at our misery, mocking us all the time. And no bombs.
Again: I have nothing against those who drop (after all, going bombless is a good way to approach the ship, and there are always a tank waiting). But I cant stand dropers and campers with NO NAMES - and worse: when this chicken is shot down near our ship, he doesnt go tank - showing clearly that all he wants is harvest points, he gives a s*** to his team goal.

So, I am not officialy whinning: I dont have the pretension of making Zup "brushing bits" just to get rid of no-names just because two or three players cant stand them. What I want with this post is to vent. And I want to let the few friends I have around to know that today is the last day I played this game. And I will only play it again if/when Zup changes the naming rules.

All this drama just to ask my few friends around to let me know (by email) when Zup fixes this issue. IF he will do it, I mean.

Yeah, Mean. Thats what I did (didnt I state it clear on my O.P.?):
I stoped whinning about no-names. And quit playing. I finaly followed my own advice... lol

Only thing that needs to be changed is:

Edit name:

"Your name has to have at least 3 caracters, consisting of letters or numbers."

I always go for the no names first, gives me a moral highground in my twisted mind to act out at someone.

Ped, in games and in life, you will meet people who are less then honorable, weak, and scared to play an even game without an advantage. When I finish a game I can look at myself in the mirror. Eu já me conformei também com este tipo de jogadores cuzões (pois é isso que eles são), o jeito é sair da sala, ajustar a sensibilidade pro máximo, voltar pra sala, dropar e fuder a vida deles.Faça isto e voce verá que eles vão abandonar a sala.

Nem adianta falar com Zup, ele está bitolado no DF2, já abandonou esta versão.

Actually Pedrinho, I think you are wrong on this one.
I find the no-names easier to play against, not harder. At a distance I see the plane itself better without the distraction of the name, and I can judge the size (distance) of the plane better to.
(DON'T tell the no-names they are easier to see!! I love playing against them.)

If Zup wants to, there is a fairly easy fix. Just put a coloured background behind all names, and make it a minimum of 6 characters wide

I received five emails about this matter.

Two of these emails criticized me about the fact that I usually say "I wont post anymore", or "I will stop playing", but continued posting and playing.

And although I don't care being considered a guy who "doesn't keep his word", because this is just a forum about a mobile game, I do care about receiving e-mails with harsh and useless crap.

So, here it goes, once for all (and now its serious): I will not post or play until a new update becomes available, defining new (and effective) rules preventing no-names to login.

Until then, this is the (real) end.

For instance, if I block the '.', anyone who has a . on their name, now has to change it.
If I block the ~ or , same thing...

Maybe get a list of almost not visible characters and enforce not to be used? can you help me with that list?

Would restricting the names to numbers and letters be okay? I know that many squadrons including NLR use bracket-type characters for squad tags. [], {}, ()

Maybe ingame could replace the agreed characters from the list with 0's or similar. People would then very soon stop using the problem characters.
Suggest ingame names have minimum number of characters.(and maximum, some are too long)

EXACTLY MY POINT THX PEDRINHO FOR BRINGING THAT POINT UP. THINK IT'S FIRST TIME SOMEONE MENTIONS NO NAMES. THEY ARE THE MOST ANNOYING THING OUT THERE SPECIALLY THE DOTS THINK WE ALL SEEN THEM AROUND AT SOME POINT. ZUP SHOULD MAKE REQUIREMENT OF LETTERS AND NUMBERS ALSO IN NAMES NOT JUST PUNCTUATION CHARACTERS FOR NAME.
