Im man enough to admit it.....i need help.

Recruiting for my squad, i always get so close but then they go choose someone else, its happened multiple times, im trying to make the squad sound good while stsying true to me and its jsut nkt working.

Does anyone have any advice or tips you could gove me to help me out

Brand dont to it on world chat get into games and compliment pilots on thier play like wow your really a great pilot you should be in devils demons we need great pilots like u meet me in wc and ill let you join. And tell them u will give them secret tips only squad members can get bait and hook brandy

Hey Brand, i dont have any advice for you on world chat except offering a good dental plan....

Namitt is right, get in game even if your not effective being there is what counts, if your recruiting you wont do well shooting the prospect into the mud. Not to be a push over either just dont go for the jugular.

Dont say "Hey anyone want to join my squad" it desprate and unbecoming of you and frankly puts your DDs in a light that isnt flattering. You belong to a great Squad act like it not desprate. Dont exspect to recuit them the first time you ask expect to see them a couple time later on always be friendly and humble In game, be sincere too, let them know you like there way of play and would be honored if they were part of your top shelf squad and how it would be complimentry for both parties...

Dont try and be there best bud, thats foney and no one likes a used car salesman. Just be sincer and respectfull that what you seen so far is something you like. Have them come and stop by your squad thread say hi, if they seem interested tell you look forward to seeing them and youll let the squad know they may be stopin to say high. Tell when they do to say you sent them, they may be more relaxed and go thru with it if they know they have permission.


I did alot ofq recruiting enigma and even DD, its how i did it and it worked prettqy well plus you get to know players that if not interested come around later.

Important: be friendly, with the other players As well it says alot about your squad.
humility is a better easer the arogance. And Brandon, do shoot them full of holes it doesnt make them like you if you show off. Be impressed.

Im assuming your going after the newer players so make them feel part of the gang in that partqicular game they like qthat and youll have an easier time talking with the.

When they say they arent any good, flater them but dont ovqer do it, every pilot here knows how really good they are youll just look like a derp if you take it to far, but keep it real and you have a friend at least.


That about all i got been a couple years since i did any recruiting here, but when i did i did this way and was successful.

The speed of the leader will be the speed of the gang, so stay at it and moderate it.

Help new players. They'll remember you when they want to become part of a squad.
