I have e-mailed this prob..I have subscribed but am stuck with random gameplay.Don't want to keep reinstalling anyone experiencing similar probs?
Also just an idea zup..why don't you give us the choice to subscribe for 3 or 6 months as well, as this would generate a lot more instant revenue for you to use for development ect...

yeah you have lost your crown. If you are on android there you can see if your subscription is active in the play store. it will tell you when the next payment is due.

Apple and others should have a similar feature. If it says you are subscribed there, then you can go to Zup, or try an unsubscribe, then resubscribe.

I am on Apple, I had the same problem in the beginning. I took a screen shot of the screen showing that I had subscribed and a shot of the game saying I had to wait 6 minutes. I Emailed both to zup. He fixed the issue right away. Hope this helps, Random Guy
