Why am I not being seen by other players, nor I see them?was told to get an update, but did not locate one. Did re-install, but also no help.

Any idea how to resolve this issue?

I dont know how much i can help you. invisible players seem to be problem lately. Zup is aware of it. i suggest you wait for the update but for the time being, you can try and reset your wifi and reboot. then try again.

Zup is trying to fix it but until then the game is Mickey Mouse and will be until all systems publish the band aids

As to the explanation, it isn't just carrier games, it's BTB games without carriers, so I'm not sure the carrier explanation holds. It seems to be random in those BTB games. I can be seen at times and see other at times.

So day three since installing update not being able to play. I know that partial refunds are not an option, but how about a coin bonus for the annoyance of paying for a service we can't use?
