Im on a windows 8.1 laptop, just installed the update, and for some reason every time i try to get into a game it freezes on the loading screen. It may be my wifi, but it wasnt this bad last time i was here

Try reinstalling it. I got same problem and it resolved after re-install. I'm too on windows 8,1 PC.

after reinstalling. dont forget do a disk cleanup and defagmentation. once it is done. reboot and try again
