Why foesnt someone who is being directly effected actually take legal action. The reason emery isnt aiming at me is cause the twerp knows i aint afraid to do it. Ive alreadg called the athorities once and emailed zup back and forth. Both have my back but i cant do anything unless I get directly contacted by emery.

Tried. Requires a specific threat against a U.S. Citizen. Did recommend contacting the FBI office here. Going to try that and see where it goes.

I suggest that you don't allow anyone to post comments on the forum / PM till one pays for the subsciption amount through credit card which if one pay will become a valid proof to track the hacker down through his bank account and one can't deny that the account doesn't belong to him.

As administrator, someone should be able to pinpoint the IP address of the culprit, and ban them for life.

I do remember that and it was specifically to Jasper, TX. A WP member has some screen shots of a PM sent to him and a threat. It was a threat to a police station and that is taken very seriously. Zup was clear he would provide name, address and all information about this guy.

it's very simple, just stop replying to his messages. I already said I know who he is, I have his full info but you need to go to the police. If you are in the US and this person has sent you a direct message personally harassing you... literally all it takes is to go to the authorities and say it. I have so many screenshots and so much info I doubt it would take any legal enforcement more than 2 hours to bust his ass.

Otherwise by writing these messages all you do is feed the troll. For him this is no more than coming here and writing stupid things on a forum and enjoy watching your reactions. He just enjoys this and your reaction only motivates him more.

In short: don't even reply, report the message, take screenshots and sent them to me. Like he is not here at all. You've got a personal thread? I've reported as well, my little Brother is in Law Enforcement. Other than disgusting PM's, he has made no threat towards me. Tonight there were a couple I forwarded to him. But I agree with Zup and BZ. Ignore it.

the threat to the Jasper PD was on the forum (I think someone posted a screenshot from a PM they received. Can't remember who posted it, but I think it was when he was using the name CIA or something
