Does anyone knows the maximum Image size in jpg format that can be uploaded in post

Is there any parameters to following to get crispy pictures in jpg format with less than 1MB file?

in pixels-? (what is maximum pixel allowed to get full page image)
in inches-? (what is maximum size allowed in inches to get full page image)
in DPI-? (what is maximum DPI image allowed to get full page image)

Is there any limit to combination of all or with each other?
