I have. 992 deaths and 1482 kills does it mean I suck or does it mean I'm good

Blackhawkghost having more deaths than kills does not mean your a bad pilot same in vice vearsa it doesnt matter have respect for the people that domt have kills over deaths it just doesnt matter

It could mean many things. For example when u were a lower level you played against high rank players.

A lot of the top players started off with negative k:d ratio. I got to about 600 Deaths before I got to a positive ratio. It depends how long it takes you to be able to slay those Davys . Once you get to that point most games are positive k:d and as time goes on your kills catch up to your deaths and then they go ahead. Now I'm about 7,000 kills to 3,000 deaths. Just keep fighting and eventually you will get positive.

It doesn't mean you suck it simply means u havent played for long and you aren't experienced, you don't suck.

No matter how many kills or death u have.. It will not decide whether you sucks or your good. Only you know yourself whether u sucks or your good, no one else can decide it for you. You will know inside of you. Your team need you and you need them. The objective of playing is to win. The need of the one outweighs the need of the many.

I had a negative KDR until I was at level 26. Does this mean I sucked? No. It was because I was hard headed, I would not leave a game. No matter the odds, or the Reds on the other side. I got my butt handed to me often, but it shaped who I am today. I now sit in the #6 spot in the world ranks. If I suck now, please tell me when you are red. We can discuss it in the air.

My kdr are positive , I think I have hulk disease too

Husky, you are on the right track, never, I mean NEVER quit. No matter the odds. One day your shots will hit their mark almost everytime. I have come to look forward to being outnumbered. i think the more you get killed the more you learn how to not get killed we all go though a learning curve i think when my deaths where 8k my kills where 3k and look at me now practice practice and a barrow full of more practice will bring you great rewards (ps for this free tip you may not shoot back at me the next time you see me )

I would definitely agree with these guys...I was in the same boat for the longest time, it takes determination and time to get it back. It will come, just keep at it.

I think sometimes I have the worst record in Dogfight History. Truth is, when I first started playing I didn't care about getting shot down. It was just something to do when I was bored. Getting bombs on target was more of a challenge than fighting.

When the [M]isfits took me in that all changed. I learned how to fly all over again.
Now my problem is I hardly get to play and when I do between my outdated tablet and being rusty I get blasted.
I haven't played right now in over two weeks. But I know, things will ease up, I'll get more time to fly, and with the support of my Brothers, I'll turn things around.
Personally I think things like padding stats by flying without honor and such is what makes a Pilot suck. KDR's don't mean anything to me if they weren't earned by truly playing the game with Honor and Integrity.

I was level 25 before I even started a positive kdr. I flew against top pilots like hulk, guardian, blue max...and several others who were great at keeping my kdr negative. So, no, a negative kdr has no bearing on whether or not one sucks.

The most important thing is to enjoy it,the rest will follow.

KDR is easy to track but it isn't the sole determination of how "good" a player is. People have made attempts to quantify how good a player is by analyzing statistics but there always seem to be exceptions to any rule of thumb.

If you focus only on increasing your KDR you may have some results but odds are that you'll get a bad reputation in the process.

Hey bro. I have to say No. I think many of us were there at one point. I broke even around 1,000deaths. That's when I finally got to a positive kill to death ratio. Now I have over 33,000kills and around 16,000 deaths. Just keep the path.....

I wouldn't worry about your stats at all, start worrying about them when you're KDR evens out, and it will. Everyone spends their first few months and this game with a negative KBR, from their noob days, mine did not even out until about the time I made moraf, and I've been around long enough that I can tell you some of the games best contemporary players got the shit kicked out of them as Noobs.
