Tried to upgrade.. no go. Put money on to upgrade and buy planes. It won't let me do either. Plz help. It shows $ is there but when you click it asks if u r sure. But never takes the money or gives upgrade

I had the same problem. I could not upgrade or make any other purchase on my computer.( Microsoft account)

I downloaded the game on my kindle fire. I can buy upgrades with that. (Amazon account)
The tablet will not play the damn game. Keeps freezing. ANYWAY......

That's how I solved my upgrade issue.

Uninstall the game and then reinstall and check whether the problem is still there.
