Should people from a squadron shoot down people from the same squadron if there on the other team. What do y'all think

In Wolf Pack, we have a strict code that we support the team we fly on. That means if a WP member is red, I will shoot them down with the goal to win the game of my team.

All WP members are a tightknit group of folks and it can be hard to fire on your buddy, but we understand that's the rules of the game.

Often some of the toughest players I met are Wolves that are red and familiar with my 'tactics'. lol

I was recently in a "destroy the carrier" game against a fellow Wolf Pack member.
During the game we did a good job of avoiding each other, but there were times when this could not be done - and we blasted each other out of the sky.
We also knew that if either of us got near the other's base, that our squad alliance took a back seat.

The first "order" I gave on page 1 of The Lafayette Escadrille thread was to our great female pilot FADACO.. 'If they're RED they're DEAD!

In our little escadrille we don't like to shoot each other down, but as I have said before, if you come into a mission that one of our pilots is already in and you're red you should either leave & find another, or accept the consequences of staying.. I don't like to shoot my pilots down, but it happens.. as does them shooting me down lol!

I agree guys !!!! I don't get the thrill of shooting my wolvs down as much as say like zebra ...but thank goodness we all can respawn as much as need be so if yall shoot me know worries I have amade my peace !!!

First time I shot down a wolf--it was Bwolf--made me feel like I shot my kin. But we've learned to engage one another on the rare chance we find each other in a game.

I'll say I've learned a lot from going up against the best--Bwolf, Zebra--both have been red and I learn after each game. Sometimes humbly going down with my team, but there's always another game!

Well put Direwolf sir. I personally think that any squad that forbids it needs to rethink their charter, sure it's a little hard but sometimes you are up against the best in a squad mate who's red and it becomes a lesson.

Sometimes the best teachings come from leaders when their red....just saying kinda hard to train when u can't see them on radar lol...

It's a game!

Sometimes we aren't on the same team, but the goal of the game is to win.

Thus, if a squad mate is on the other side, they are fair game, just like you're fair game to them.

Granted we are in squads, but it really doesn't mean anything when we are in game mode, and we see our squad brother/sister in the red. Just play a fair game, and enjoy flying/shooting together.
