hey ZUPERMAN, I need you to answer a question

On my new Samsung tab s im having a bunch of issues

1 firing button is hard to make it work
2 chute buttons no good
3 tank buttons no good
4 im having other similar problems with pressing the leader board button and such


The tablet is only a month old.

When is the next android update coming out or is it already out. I need to figure out if it's the game or my tablet.

Do you think my tablet is bad or do you have others on android experiencing this also

Please let me know so I can make the decision to send it back or not.

Ps, I still have my iPad of course so I am in no hurry.

what does "no good" mean?
you can't move on chute? you can't move on tank? they move slowly? they don't move at all? a bit more detail..

The firing button doesn't work all time and by the time it does then I've been shot down

When I chute the left button is very hard to control so it can't aim. I'll be moving the button around with my thumb and then it will quit moving and I have to then re-press the button. I can't aim successfully

Sometimes I will press the leader board button and the screen that says report someone pops up and I have to work hard to get it off.

After landing when it says to retry I have to push the button several times or wait 15 seconds or so and then press it again before it works.

While trying to tank the left button does nothing

I have no other issues with this tab s however I bought it strictly for dogfight so I don't use it much for anything else.

I'm really beginning to think its the TAB S. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey Davy, it could very well be your tab. When I talked with Samsung about my Tab 4 they said "the some of the programs may not have uploaded properly." Hints the reason mine crashed. Have you done a system update yet?

Hi grey, it's a new tab S, how do you make sure it's got a system update?

Go to settings. Then head to general settings. there you should find system updates. Click on that and check to see if there is a system update.

Ok I did and it is up to date.

It can't be the game and the latest update or everyone would be yelling. Unless ZUPERMAN tells me otherwise I think it's the new tablet.

You could have a few settings that may be turned on/off. You might have to tinker with the settings to figure it out.

Well today is somewhat better but still problematical

1. The firing button still doesn't work as it should, if I hold my right thump on the throttle and move it just a little than the firing button will work better. If I don't do that than I have to tap it several times before i Fire.

2. When I chute the left button doesn't work well when I try to aim upward. For some reason the upward part of the switch will go upward for a second or two than quit going up, I have to remove my thumb and press on it again to aim upward

3. In the tank is the same problem as above, the forward or upper part of the button will quit and I come to a stop. I just go backwards now, that works fine

4. Sometimes it takes several try's on the RETRY button to get to re spawn.


The game is playable on the android but barely, I still love my iPad lol lol


My question still, IS MY TABLET NO GOOD (a month old) and should I send it back for a new one or is it the game. I just don't know. I will wait to see what ZUPERMAN says as he might have a better ideal

On one level, Davy unable to use the fire button is a good thing for everyone else, but on the downside I was going to get that tablet to replace my very old Galaxy tab, which is only just playable at the moment, looks like I'll hold out til I hear more good things.

I just installed update 5 min ago and now my chat dont work trees in water fire button dont work cant drop bombs or anything im.just a flying target Zup can u fix these problems plz asap.. Im running android 4.4.2 its the current version for my phone before I had no issues with game.

Speaking of grafx, finally just got the android update today to fix no planes in hanger and now my ellysis 7 tablet shows all the weather and day changes and it is to grafx intense for my tablet to handle. The plane fly's like jello and is impossible to play now. All my grafx are off except chats.
Zuperman can you make a button to turn off weather and time changes. PLEASE!!! The grafx look very pretty and all, but they are to labor intense for non gamer machines. I'm here to fly not sight see.

PS. The tanks need to be wider so they don't tip over turning on flat ground

the problem is not the weather graphics (they are actually the fastest thing in the game), it's the other graphics. Just disable stuff on your settings, like trees or basic water.

Trey, I've just released an update it should be out any moment. I raised the speed requirements on the quality testing scene so that it should stop before.
I also removed the video ads for non-subscribers. They were useless and it was making the game crash randomly.

Misfit Crockett, if you can return it... I would suggest to get an Nvidia Shield tablet instead. I've heard they are very good faster gaming tablets and cheaper than Samsung.

Sounds like Zup has a winning tab. have you tried it yet Zup?

Zup I play on an iPad. I downloaded a new update today. Then played a btb game only to have the Germans tank spawning right next to my runway.

I was hoping the update fixed that. Will it not be effective until everyone gets the update?
