It helps if you pm the leaders so that they are aware, not saying you didn't but with vague information it would be tough to deal with any issues.

I stopped reading the blacklist a while ago, but I do from time to time get PMs or even a post on the Enigma thread telling me of a wayward pilot. Let us know and we can help fix the issue, but unless I see someone in my squad acting up while I'm in game (and I don't play 24/7) I just assume they are all being good.

I check the blacklist thread whenever there is new content and take appropriate action when necessary. My shenanigan threshold is fairly low, as is Wolf Pack's.
