When u open new post or reply at bottom above sumit button click on add button. Give the path where screen shot file is available. Select the file and press the insert button and afterwards press sumit button to upload the screen shot in post. The file should be less than 1mb. Hope this will help

The file size should not be more than 1000 and your file size is 481694.
