Why am I seeing low level pilots in games with the big dogs?????? Isn't this unfair for these newbies I mean come on I didn't start that way ...had to earn the right to play with the marshalls .....I don't understand not only will they just quit and never play ...but gosh I feel bad every time I shoot one and the problem is some don't .....won't name names but gosh give em a break

Hi Jesse, when i first started i spawned into a game with dentinhead, parrot head and another high ranking mom, the very first game lol, i can still remember getting my butt handed to me, they were all laughing, i thought "man this is fun and someday im going to get good enough to get them"

I had to focus hard to even survive, they made me cry. Several of the plsyers i started with are still here and high ranking. I believe that it makes you a addicted player that way, i say let the noobs live and kill them, kill them all.

However i then had a couple of players who took an interest in me and that was nice. I always try to say welcome to the best game there is, then i kill them lol lol

I can remember when I first stated that I could manage to shoot a player down that didn't know what a hangar was. Sorry Davy ....had to

But you don't háve to shoot them....Just fly behind them for a while.

I started with morafs, the few there were, when i found this game. I got my butt handed to me regularly. It made me a better player because i wanted to learn how they did it. I got killed over and over without mercy until a few guys took interest and gave me some tips. Thats what i try to do now, though many dont listen very well. Then i kill them. If they have the guts to keep getting back in the game, one day they will be good players also. If not, nothing will make them stay.

I'm with you Jesse on this topic.. I feel guilty killing new players who don't even have a clue yet.. and I don't think it helps the game to grow as the newer players get disheartened before they get hooked.

Yeah back when I started playing, EVERYONE was a noob. There were only a few MORAFs; less than you could count with your hand. Now there's at least two in every game!

If I started playing in that kind of atmosphere, I would probably rage quit!

I've been playing for about a year. When I began there were many new players and occasionally I would enter a game with all MORAFS. I'd get shot, learn and keep going.

I do feel bad for new players. Unless it's a DF, I try not to beat them down. And there is no helping new players in game, as the chat goes by too fast. I do see far too many 'seasoned' players not letting new players up in the air-- simply trying to rack up as many kills as possible.

So, if you are at level 31 that's the top--is the next challenge to see how many kills can be had? As Zebra pointed out, the game does not grow.

I even thought that those morafs had aiming upgrades, because they got me with one or two rounds.
I all seemed so pointles that I went back to playing Reno Air Races again. No one shoots at you there, just left turns.

But the best post I ever read here was the one about that what's wrong in this world, are the "adjustable basketball hoops".

Sure.....a free trial version with just new players was a good thing.
