Hello dogfighters, in the last few weeks I've been contacting Apple which is like pulling teeth.

I was actually able to reach the dogfight headquarters and talk to a real life honest to GOD person. I know that this is as unbelievable as UFOs landing in my back yard but it's true.

At the time when I contacted them i filed a complaint and I received a case number. They are supposinly reviewing the complaint.
They also showed me how others can file a complaint.

I have 2 complaints filed, the first one was over the phone, the second one you can read.

You can look at the pictures below to make your own complaint, I suggest that all Apple users utilize this service and file their own complaint.

Wow! I've had to contact them about my IPhone a couple times. Found the live chat works well in getting issues resolved.

I don't know much about live chat however I think all Apple players should contact this site and make a lot of noise. I'm under the impression that it may help.

It only takes a few minutes now that I know how , just take a look at the photos to show you what to goggle.

So pass the word around to all Apple people.

well, that complain has been put by a few million people already, including ALL developers
so my hopes for it to get better are near zero after 4 years of waiting. As long as they make so much money, they don't care much about this. It would be different if they earnings were shrinking, which is not the case.

It doesn't help that they are sooooo difficult to talk to, they really need to make it easier. My brother who is a real computor guy said he hates Apple and won't buy Apple because of their customer service and he knows others also. Yes their earning are high, they make outstanding products, I really like the ipad.

It's a shame they screw with you guys so much. When you finally get someone they pass you around to several different departments.

However I will keep trying.
