I'm having issues with my in game controls. They keep resetting to the default settings during the game. I've only had this issues since the last update. What can I do? Who can I talk to? Thanks in advance for your response.

I've never had nor seen or heard of such a glitch, you could ask support or you could (LAST DITCH EFFORT ONLY) you could Uninstall then re install and see if it helps, or wait a while before trying to set settings again

Which device you are using.

If you are using mobile, please ensure that the application manager does not delete the dogfight cache/data.

I'm using windows 8.1. I've restarted laptop multiple times as well as uninstalled and reinstalled. Pretty unplayable for me at this point...

Just let us know what settings you made which get reset. And secondlsecondly setting reset after each game or when you quit completely and restart the game.

I believe it is happening mid game. When the game starts the controls are good, but then goes back to default after a couple minutes. Then I leave the game to check my sensitivity and it always is reset to default again. My graphic settings are saving but the trees keeps showing back up as well. Sounds are having no issues. So I am having to reset the settings after every game only to have them go out.(I believe during the game) I had no issues whatsoever until the last update. Thanks for your help

update 4.4.84 is out. My advise is to wait for latest update which is expected Monday or Tuesday on Windows store.
