Forgive me if this is commonly known info - I'm not in the know. But when will Win 8.1 pilots get to experience night flying and team-chat? Should I have this update already?

I just watched Zup's nighttime Zeppelin video recently posted about Apple updates. I thought we were all waiting for the Apple update, which seems has gone through. (confused face)
