I'm getting annoyed of the people in WC lately..talking about stuff..but that's not the problem..the problem is that they r using caps ..so u should add this thing to warn them to not use full caps in WC..or they will be muted for 1:00..I hope this can be applied..

P.S My WC and In-game chat doesn't work time to time..right now I'm going as [M]Paink!ller
