Ok, got 2 things for you to do to make sure it is not a poor connection at your end.

1. If you are playing on Wifi, re-boot your router. Unplug your router power supply, leave it off for a minute then plug it back in.

2. Re-start your device. Switch it off, leave it for a minute then turn it back on.

These simple steps will re-establish your connection with the Dogfight servers. If you were having trouble because of an issue at your end, these steps will establish a more stable connection.

All of them.
The difference is that non subscribers get assigned to crappy machines. To you it looks like a zone (America) but inside that zone there may be 5 different servers depending on the traffic. The cheap ones are for non subscribers, the expensive ones for people that support the game. It's the most fair usage I can think of.
