Hunter I suggest reading the 1st post in each squadrons thread in "Squadrons" here on forum.. then pick the one you think suits you best.. & many have requirements and/or process for joining... OR just go on World Chat & say you're looking for a squadron & I am sure someone will say they're accepting new members.

Yeah, you'll have to invest some time to choose a squad. There is a reasons why they're different squads, and you have to pick one that suits your taste. for example, some of the best pilots are in misfits, while others have the best personalities like my squad.

I'm confused, are you saying misfits lack personality or WP lacks skill? Lol, kidding both are great squads with even greater pilots. I get what you meant and it is true what you say, each squad has there own personality and not everyone fits the mold. Some squads are invitation only as well or have to vote on new recruits. It would be best to take time and fly as often as possible with squads you may be interested in joining and see what makes the most sense for you.

it was all a misunderstanding that Hunter gets booted from GI, it wasn't his fault. he did nothing wrong... it was only after he was kicked from the squad, we came to know he wasn't guilty of what he was blamed for. Well we asked him to rejoin us, bt he wouldn't. i feel sorry for him, and dont want him to be the victim in future...just wished him the best of luck... And yes, he is a great fighter too..

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you already belong to a squad Hunter.

If you ARE Searching for a squad for the first time or looking to make a change I could always suggest one thing that hasn't already been suggested, make sure while searching that the squad you are interested in joining have a good reputation, an involved leader,and post on the form regular, and are involved in the dogfight community. It would seem to me that many of the fly-by-night squads but it popped up in this gameAre hurting more than helping it, and I'm sure since I'm pretty sure that you've been around a while you don't want to contribute to this. So just make sure you're only searching, and/or consideringwell thought of/well-established squadrons to be your new home

Now I'm getting a little confused. So Hunter was GI, got the boot for something he didn't do but that didn't come to light until it was too late for making amends? So now he's (or she's) looking for a knew squad yet someone else seems to think that said pilot is already in one?.....Sooo, when was all this (GI) stuff going down? And if true I don't blame him/her for not wanting to return, but if said individual has been "around the block", why the "blanket" request to anyone & everyone? Good pilot, great pilot, "get the F*** away from my plane" pilot, that's irrelevant. Hunter send me a PM please, I would like to know what you have to say. And the PM part goes out to anyone who actually knows what's going on. I'm far from perfect...but I got issue's with people who think they're Judge, Jury, & Executioner..... as well as with people who are liars, cheats, & thieves.....I'd thought I had found a little niche away from all that here in the DF community, but now I got to wonder....come on people it's a game for C****t sake (didn't want to offend anyone on religious grouds with that one).....now I sound like an adult, sh**, time for me to shut down for awhile I think.
