im thinking of getting a top of the line SAMSUNG TAB S 10.5. I think it was $630.

Does anyone here have that, do you like it and do you have any advise.

I will still have my iPad so the galaxy will be for dogfight only.

Personally, If I had $630 I would buy a nice desktop or laptop with Windows 8 and a nice joystick. And if anything is left you can buy some CAKE!

I will be replacing my home computer very soon. Good idea Eagle. I think I will spec it to ensure it will be dogfight compatible and add in the joystick as well. Bet that will take some getting used to.

Yes. It is hard to get used to, but once you do it gives you a slight advantage over mobile devices users, and its comfy! I believe all Windows 8 and 8.1 supports DF.

Galaxy tabs are pretty similar(broadly speeking)

My Galaxy Tab is the first one, so it's way out of date now, and not good for much but DF. I'm looking at the new tablet myself, but they cost more in Australia and i have to convince my self that it's worth the money... with the bigger planes my phone has actually become a viable option (I'm killing at 4:1 on my HTC)

personally I think phones are better, simply because they are smaller it all wrist action instead of moving around a bit tablet. Again in my opinion.
I love my big 5.5 inch phone.

played on phone for 21/2 months and got a tab 3. 1 month later made moraf.i can see much better on tablet probably cause im old...lol
