I was in that game, and before M.E.A.N shot you I saw him shot down by you, and heard from MEAN that you also crashed into him. He waited the appropriate amount of time an experienced player such as yourself would apologize, and after no explanation or apologies were given by you he did shoot you down and explained why. Is that what you meant by "team killer without apology and vindictive without reason"? Because it sounds to me like you got the names mixed up in your story.

I also want to complain about MEAN, he shot me and destroyed my tanks, of course I was red but still why why why. He made me cry several times. He said I was red and he wouldn't apogize. Lol lol

I did issue an apology. But MEAN was already gone. I didn't crash him or shoot him down on purpose. I just told him I was sorry. I am sorry I didn't say it right away, Doom, but I remember that game. It was intense. And MEAN got mad right away and stayed mad as you can see. I don't control that.

Elim, I do believe you left right after saying you were going to report MEAN. Just before the game ended he shot me down...and as bad as the lag is today he couldn't have done that if he had left.

I think your both wrong in what happened. Elim, an apology is to assure someone it was an accident not an intended act and should be offered ASAP after offense.
MEAN you shouln't have killed Elim either, but I understand your failed attempt to communicate with Elim (calling him a name was also wrong) left you frustrated.

I would like for you each to apologize to each other and shake virtual hands and get over it.

I don't always read the print in the left hand corner during a game. So Mean, if I shot you down today by accident and didn't realize it, I am sorry about that too. I am a semi-retired English professor. I hope you'll just remind me in a nicer way next time.

If a pilot has a habit of firing into a mass of plane names without being able to see the individual dots, or simply firing close to blues during a red chase, then reading the left side text is really important for just that reason - knowing if you accidentally hit a blue and need to apologize.

The text also serves as a feedback measure, telling you that you're being too aggressive (for your accuracy) and hitting blues too often.

EDIT: Actually, now that I think about it, the left side and the center of the screen both notify you if you hit a blue. More attention to details is needed to play the game in harmony with others.

Also a big message, almost like the one that says your connection sucks, comes up in the center of the screen and says " hey moron, you just lost some points for shooting down a friend. Keep doing it and youll get banned." It's kind of hard to miss. That one, I believe, pops up even if you hit him one time but isn't a kill shot.

Not calling anyone a moron though, Just my way of saying that I've never really read it but I know something pops up and gets in the way of what your trying to shoot at when it happens.

I have to say also that this has happened to me in the past and usually I can tell when I'm a victim of crossfire and blatant getting shot at from a blue and will take it very lightly. But caught in the wrong mood and I have returned fire after spawn to let someone know it was not kool.

I was taking off from my the runway the other day and I forgot who it was but the rammed me and made me crash soon after take off. No apologies were ever given. So the next chance I had I shot him down after spawn with no remorse. Jersey desurve to be treaded like jerks. End of story. Thank you for you time. One time when I first started playing I spawned into a btb game and just took off. I had no idea about planes crashing into others on take off... So I didn't even realize what I had done...The guy I crashed into said "Thanks a lot Comet"

So I replied, "no problem, happy to help!" Not really knowing what the thank you was for...

Yup, Wig was pretty pissed at me in that game...Lol

I've been downed in runway and shortly-after-takeoff crashes many times. They do piss me off. But oftentimes the other player has no idea. All they see is "Manfred brought down by Manfred", since it's not like friendly fire where you are notified of what you did.

Unless it's repeated and clearly purposeful, I shrug it off. I think teamkilling him without a discussion is 10x worse than the original crash, unless you have more to the story like you tried to notify him and he threw you the bird. As the story was told, sure looks to me like you were the asshole.
