K. Basically, =@= has many accounts and many devices, once he gets banned he makes another one. Yes, you need to pay to get rid of 7 minute wait. The reason for pay is that zup needs money to keep the game running. It is just him and graphic designer now. If your referring to moderators yes, mods as in different planes, no. That is all i can answer right now

I will try to answer your questions in the order you posted them, just so you know what the bejeebers I am going on about.

The DVIII was removed and replaced by the Siemens plane as it was viewed as too small a target for MORAFS to be flying, as it was mostly flown by the more experienced pilots as they were the only folks that could afford it. Also, its presence in the game led to a lot of games being grossly outnumbered on the allied side as many people only wanted to fly in the German planes.

There are moderators around, but this =@= guy is quite persistent and doesn't seem to be able to understand the concept of being banned. Zup is currently dealing with the situation, =@= may find himself being the first person in Dogfight history to get a criminal record from playing.

The waiting time on the servers is for the unsubscribed players. If you subscribe to the game, you will eventually get better servers to play on, much faster and newer than the current ones. The un-subscribed players will still have the waiting time for the free games and they will be on slower, older machines, so lag will still be a factor in the gameplay.

Zup has recently upgraded the graphics for most players, check your Amazon store to see if you have an update available. The uprated graphics have no effect on the lag, it is all down to how well your device handles graphics.

There was a lot of controversy around the D8 I know, but I'm not clear on details, as I was taking a break then.

There are mods, and =@= is a dip****. He's been banned countless times, and keeps creating new accounts. Just ignore him. He'll get bored eventually.

Yeah, you've gotta pay to skip the wait. We know that there hasn't been any improvement yet, that's why the fee was instituted. The developer (Zuperman/Z/Joaquin) needs money to support development, and he's finally taking charge of that. It's great!
