Hi I pqid, but I seem to be having some trouble with loading. See after I play a game if I hit play again, then all I get is a screen saying loading.. and it stays that way until it finally have to just close the app. Sometimes at the begging before I can even get in a game when I click a map, it just says says error connecting to server and then it completely closes the app itself. I am on galaxy s5active, any suggestions or ideas are welcome.. like itself said I paid, and I'd like to be able to get into the game that into paid for.. and I'm not bad mouthing zup into any way, shape, fashion, or form. I just don't know why I keep getting that, so anyone, plz help.

Hmmm... I assume you've deleted and reinstalled the app?

Samsung stuff has had some issues in the past, this might be yet another that Z will need to fix.

Sounds like it isn't your device or the game, sounds more like a connection problem. Try turning your router off, leave it for a minute then switch it back on. A reboot often helps get a better connection, Pink.

Its the game.I have lots of issues but was just gonna wait for the new year to list them
If you try to enter a server and it does anything other than go into game.Close the app down and start again.if it happens on the same server try another.Remember to quit the app first because no other server will load after the first fail.
