I am going to subscribe but would like to know how to un-subscribe??I just want to know so that I can do it if I want which is unlikely!!

I'm not sure how Apple works so this is probably pointless info but with android when i view the game in play store it has an unmissable unsubscribe option.so i don't think you'll have to jump through hoops to do it.There should be a simple option.

I'm on Apple too, i tryed to subscribe, made several attempts, even removed and reinstalled the app, but for some reason it will not let me. After going through the purchase process, password confirmation and all, nothing happens and I still have the 6.45 minutes counter....

Guess zup does not want us to play so much...

I subscribed just this morning when i saw the apple update was out. When i did i got a confirmation email saying i had subscribed and that it would be auto renewing until i told it not to. To do that the email, from apple, said to manage my account in the store. Seems simple so far. After sub i had the counter for one round while purchase went through. Since that time i have not had to wait. Lag however has been awful, with all 4 top servers in red speed-wise. I am sure it does not get better when the countdown expires for the free players and they hit all the games.

Windows last update worked after I spent several hours installing updates, uninstalling game and reloading. The latest update for Win I'm unsure if I have it--time will tell.

One suggestion, once you're back in game, shutdown all the graphic enhancements and it makes lag and play better. The lag will still be there, but the game play is better.

Hi 1001,

Just email zuperman with image of payment receipt along with in game name and he will do the needful. Don't change the in game name till your problem is resolved.

It worked ok for me and can be managed from the App Store.Have signed to the 2.99 for 3 months sub.

Sounds like it behaves differently on each Apple Store, probably by region or country. In my case, it asks me to confirm the payment but nothing really happens next, I.e counter is on and I'm not actually being charged for the payment (hope so)...

It took a couple of games to settle on mine.The settings for it are in the my iTunes account subscription section if that helps at all.

All payments/account stuff for Apple is always on the Apple/iTunes store. There is a section for subscriptions in there, to unsubscribe from anything easily.

What I found out the hard way is that many can't subscribe on certain regions since Apple doesn't allow for subscriptions on some countries. So I'm adding on the next update a 1 month payment that has to be hit once every month for those that can't do it automatically.

if you get charged for any subscription, it should work. Otherwise just forward me a receipt of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and i'll take care of it.

Accordion to local consumers law automatic renewal of subscriptions are forbidden. So what apple did is go the easy way and removed the whole subscription section from the apple store account, instead of just disabling the automatic renewal feature. Hence, on my account I don't even see a subscription management option.

It works ok on mine which is UK.Unsubcribe works well.

Can I not use my Google Play money to subscribe? It says something like "this form of payment cannot be used for this purchase" when I click on the SUBSCRIBE button.

Disregard, I clicked on the shopping cart from the Home screen, then selected the ONE MONTH button, and it worked
