Well you know those games that you are obviously going to lose, well i never leave for some reason and end up getting 7(6,5,4,3) v 1 the whole game (every other game for some reason -_-). Well,that's the the stupidity and stubbornness i need to get past :-\, pick up my pride and move on. I just cannot fathom why i keep trying to win with no cause.... and I've come to the conclusion that I'm just too stupid to know that there is no cause so i fight Lol.... so stupid...
I'm just going to post every "stupid pie" moment here and hope they decrease over time.. Lol

I dont think its stupid at all. Actually I enjoy it when I get that chance. It keeps me on my toes. Keep it up. the trick is is to keep them spread out. If you kill them close to the same time then you have the famous red wall to deal with.

I'm right there with you on feeling stupid for toughing it out on an obviously losing situation!! look at MY stats and tell me something.... I'm the one bringing up the bottom of the winning team so you must have been doing something right!!

another thought about it is that if I wasn't there losing so bad all the time, others wouldn't be getting their wonderful K/D ratios quite as easily and climbing up the ranks as quick!! a cheap consolation at best but I'm not here for the stats anyway.... I really enjoy the whole game, the planes, the flying, the arena, the action (win or lose) and the group as a whole.... Maybe I should change my name to FODDER

Ah, last stand games. I'm also pretty much on the receiving end of most outnumbered fights I get into but I don't mind. Just as what McFate had said before, it's a "meta-game" of sorts; how long would I last before I fall from the gauntlet or horde of reds?

Play some awesome music like Two Steps From Hell and you will have a blast, guaranteed.

Heck, I can play TSFH while washing the dishes and I will have a good time.

Personally I love games like that. I don't mind the loss. its the fight that counts

Sir Pie, I mean Jerry, or OF. anyway. Don't worry about the amount of enemies, just keep shooting. Look at those pics again, I notice one thing. You are at the top of every one. This is how I look at it, you are expected to lose those games, right? So you have nothing to lose. They might win but they are going to know they were in a fight. Everytime I jump into a game where I'm outnumbered, first i sigh, then I know it's time to focus and start killing reds. Count your opponents, prioritize the targets, and breath. You will find some of the Reds will leave, and help will show up. BLUEMAX made a whole thread about this. I will find it for you.

Tips for the lopsided game from MäX

1. Always shoot the guy that is killing you first. Not just rank. The one that is dropping you the most he is top of the list. Most times it will be a high rank guy but not always.

2. Never leave a tank. EVER

3. Kill as many chutes as you can. Doubling back to get tanks is time consuming. You have no time to waste. Defense.

4. Never Tank. Waste of valuable killing time. You are on defense. A tank is a offensive weapon. If you make it the last hill and get shot down tank there. No other time.

5. Chute kills save you buns. Jump and start shooting.

6. Kill planes before tanks. You can not kill tanks if someone shoots you down. Prioritize targets.

7. Memory. Remember the guys names that sneak. Make 2 runs low then drop and go high fast. He will be there. Kill him and return to the field. Two more runs and back high. You can set you watch by it. They will get tired of getting killed and leave. You will be happy. The same guys sneak every time. Over & over & over. Ugh.

8. Switch and help an outnumbered guy. They remember it. Some day they will return the favor.

9. Never leave. Don't quit. No matter what. Just keep killing.

10. Shoot planes down in order. Kill one, wait, kill 2, wait, kill 3, wait a sec. It spreads them out. They will be forever coming in a line. Easier to kill one at a time. If you have a horde of reds it is difficult. Very few guys form up and fly together.

11. Don't miss. make your shots count.

12. If you are shot down close to your base do not get in a chute. Choose plane and get in the air fast.

13. If I switch to help you, DO NOT LEAVE ME TO DIE!!!!! I did you a favor by not running over you with the rest of the reds. At least do me the courtesy of dying together. We may lose but we will die trying. I will never help you again if you leave me. We may also win. You never know if you don't stay.

Jerry it's not that you're stupid, but rather it's because you're a fierce competitor that wants to win even against vitually insurmountable odds! Nothing wrong with that.. I noticed that about you a long time ago! Heck, my favorite games are often me against 6 or 7.. & if I am lucky I got someone to share the fight with lol!
