Greetings,

Well, the new update now only loads until the point of the 3 planes flying and crashes. I restarted computer, no luck. If I remove game from my system and reload, will I lose all my hard work, planes and ranking?

Any suggestions are more than welcome....Dire

You can uninstall and reinstall the game and keep all your earnings..... just log back in with the same name and password....

I too was nervous about losing all my hard work but it all went well, but that was the last 8.1 update....

heading off to do the latest one now....

hmm can you send a screenshot before the crash? I want to see if it is related to the new graphics

It goes from the entry of Dogfight blue screen to three planes flying and never gets to game. I don't get passed the opening. Once the music started up, but that's gone too.

My computer says factory setting is 8.0 and I'll attempt to go to 8.1--if I have no luck, I guess I'm done.

It's affecting Android as well. I have a Samsung Tab 2 7inch. I updated this morning and now I can not play the game. The Front page loads, then goes into the optimization and as soon as the planes appear the game crashes and sends me back to my home screen.

The android issue is a different problem and it is fixed. Already released, just check the store it should be out on a few hours top.

As for the other problem, are you using a windows 8 or windows 8.1?

I have tried to install the enhanced graphics update. I installed it then ran it. Couldn't get past the DF splash screen. I tried re-starting my machine, still couldn't get past the DF splash screen. It kept minimizing to the taskbar and re-starting again when I try to bring it back up. I then un-installed DF, re-started my machine and re-installed from the windows store. Again, couldn't get past the splash screen. Re-started my machine, finally DF managed to load up ok. I entered a game, no enhanced graphics. I uninstalled, re-started, re-installed and tried again, still no enhanced graphics. I am running Windows 8.1 on a quad core 2.2-3.2 Ghz i7 processor with 8Gb ram, 1760 Mb HD graphics card.

It would seem that some folks aren't having a problem with the new update, but I still seem to be getting the old update from the store, even though the store told me this was a new update.

Loaded this update and now I have a black screen. No fix yet.

Yep, it do freeze.

Upgrade Won't work as it freezes on the opening screen itself.

First Uninstall and then install again to get it working.
